All frames are handmade on demand, which means:

  • Production Time: 2–4 business days

  • Quality Check: 1 business day
    You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is prepared for shipping.

  • All EU Countries

  • Switzerland

We will expand to more regions in the future.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • Switzerland: 4–9 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.
Orders above our threshold may qualify for free shipping (displayed automatically at checkout).

Packaging

Customs & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)

We will replace the item free of charge.
